@b2 The only countries that know so far are Australia and the UK. The question was about Canada, Singapore and the rest of Europe. Canadian expats know if they are “in scope” or not. I don’t think expats from Europe or Singapore even know that yet.

Singapore expats find out in the next few weeks if they are in scope for the layoff pool. Meaning if they might be laid off.

The expats you have, you are keeping. They are explicitly excluded as they're the chosen few who won't be laid off or sold off.

Approximately 40% of UK expats were repatriated and included in scope. Estimate for Canada is about 50% of expats in scope. Not sure about other regions.
