It's funny how the Engine org chart isn't visible on the Corporate Reorg website, but is available elsewhere on sharepoint and in Outlook.
There are over 1000 people listed under Engine at the moment. Thus includes people not in India.
It looks like the 600+ eoy target has been smashed!

don't help them do their jobs - just give general bs answers - they can learn how to think
&ap. Please tell me you answered them and CC your current manager and anyone else wanting this answer in the reply. Make them feel their d-mb decisions.

You are correct, I am a superior example of communication.
That is the reason I was contacted. I was not recorded as a point of contact for the issue but I am known go to person in the organization.
I appreciate you recognizing my value. BTW, I am out of scope due to my knowledge of the organization. Ka Cho ….!
Because @ab you're a shining example of clear communication
I was contacted by a person in the Engine today that has to prepare a report for a Chevron Manager and the Engine contact does not know the information to answer the questions for the Chevron manager. New Engine staff member (contractor) contacted me (current Chevron employee) to answer the questions so the new Engine staff member can answer the questions for the Chevron Manager. The funny part is I probably know the Chevron Manager and we could cut out the middle man and provide a more accurate explanation for the issue that occurred.
The new org structure is really improving the communication and accountability.
This is hilarious..... :)
Some senior managers who were moved under engine still have their reporting lines beneath them, so their reporting lines show as being in engine incorrectly. There’s also a lot of temp contractors and consultants who aren’t employees.
It is obvious they get very evasive when asked about the next stages.
Those are probably inclusive of transition positions. It makes sense that you might be listed as being under ENGINE if your primary function is to transition all knowledge to someone there.
Friendly wager: $500 worth of R&A says that people transitioning work to ENGINE may have to restart several times as the person they are transitioning to jumps ship.
