It's disappointing that after working so hard for an entire year, our bonus is going to be significantly low, yet they want to be transparent about it. I can't help but wonder if the higher-ups are also taking a pay cut. Why don't they forfeit their bonuses since we didn't perform well?

Why should you get a bonus anyway? You are not an exec. You all would even complain about some other cr-p even if you received 120%. To that being said. I loved my 70% bonus because I was an exceeds. That’s 3/5 years I have been exceeds. Work smart and hard you are rewarded.
Wish they would increase our salaries and toss the AIP. It’s really not a fair system and very subjective. Supervisors score most employees as meets expectations. It truly does not matter how much you extend yourself
I'm OUT 3/14.
Private security for the CEO's must be expensive.
I took @ap’s comment as a sarcastic jab at the system. At least I’m hoping that’s the way it was meant.
So they got 3 Million is cash and stocks instead of 6 Million. I don’t know how they are going to pay their bills and put food in the table. Poor things.
@ap+1jja42vrg Thank you for confirming what people have been saying about the leaders of this company. You are a great role model.
Love my $400K salary even with lower AIP I’m still getting a big payday…
Long live EH!
They had to get the $10 million for grants from somewhere, to save public image
When their bonuses are significantly more than the average employees yearly salary. Seems pretty simple where the cuts should come from if they really cared about valuing their employees.
These questions are a joke. They already know the question and prepared the answer.
Now they're asking a question of Felicia, the person whose job responsibilities cannot be answered by anyone.
Time to look elsewhere
Of course they didn't take a pay cut. It's our fault they did so bad.
