The hours keep getting worse and the work keeps getting harder. The pay, though, pretty much stays the same. Who in their right mind wouldn't be tired of this cr-p?

Never leave on your own. Let them RIF you and collect severance. Get what you can out of them. Don’t take things too seriously. You are there at will

Just leave if you feel this way. I actually like the company and the work I get to do. Long hours but worth.
We are all "At Will" employees...we can quit or be let go "At Will". That's the nature of our employment...so if you need to leave to take care of yourself, please do so.
