Is your bonus amount viewed under SSIP contribution Bonus?

Hi there, I was following the email that said you can make changes to your bonus contribution as to where it will land cash or 401k and when I went to the site I could see a $$$ amount that I could select for cash or 401k, does that mean that is my bonus amount? It seems really low even though I exceeded last year so I am not sure if that is the correct amount or if I’m misunderstanding

Most that get meets will get 80% of their target*1.3 (130%). Most Eeceeds will get 90%.

Top achievers will get 135%-150%.

They pillage from the meets and exceeds to reward their F&F TAs.

Most won't get 100% of the 130%. Brace yourselves

If you read the footnote it says that number is just an example.

I believe the amount you see is your regular pay period salary amount.

Basically, the gross you make per period period to deductions.

@a2 where do you see that? When I log into the retirement and savings—> change contributions—> SSIP bonus it says a $$ amount there but it seems extremely low so not sure if it’s for illustration purposes?? When’re can you see your target amount?

My target shows $13,989. So I should get 130% total bonus. $18,185 for the year.
