Ha looks like we hit a soft spot (of truth) for the sensitive Engine workers who think they are so much better than the rest of us part of the reorg. Your time will come so the least you can do is not be so smug in transition meetings and pretend you’ve bought into the plan that fu---d up idea is going to work.
@e6 It does seem a disproportionate and aggressive amount of downvotes and responses from supposedly people whose jobs have been put at risk by these actions.

All those expat positions were juicy gifts to friends of AS and others down the hall. It’s not like the jobs are hard, manage a few hires but focus on where to travel for their R&R and wait for their next assignment without having to be accountable for it’s imminent failure 3yrs from now.

When the BU ENGINE Advisors, mentoring, coaching, training, overseeing and reviewing responsibilities eventually result in you and/or and BU colleagues, getting laid off, as the positions transition to India. Ultimately, you and/or your BU colleagues won’t be able to pay mortgages, bills or feed their own families and furthermore, loss of BU institutional knowledge, your ideological views, will soon change towards the BU ENGINE Transition Scabs!
