Only the A$$ Kissers and those at a certain level and above all have co pilot licenses, no job specific needs considered. Non-Americans continue to "win" the weekly "raffle", again no job specific needs are even considered. It's just another farce to make it looks like Met is innovative. Clowns. Circus.
