Not nearly enough SLT and ELT in IMO. This company is so top heavy it is no wonder it is finally toppling over. It is those dysfunctional fools who helped get OT where it is now.
@ar What about the technical auditors and other support staff from this global team? How can they survive and what work will they have to keep their jobs long term with the team over them that did the heavy lifting and helped a lot of sales people /account executives make their numbers and in some cases put them over the bar to get to club shown the door? It’s strange that the VP, Directors and IC’s got shown the door and not the rest since from what I knew, they were only 1/2 of the entire team. If this is true, just goes to show there is no thought or common sense behind most of this company’s layoff decisions. Sounds more like a dart at a dartboard or simply a numbers game where the higher paid get the boot but they are the ones bringing revenue.
Oh and when you say entire sales compliance org do you mean globally or just those in the US?

100% sure all the hopeless and useless US SVP, Sr Director and Directors are saved in this round.

@aj what teams though - the only managers I've seen getting cut are product managers. I've seen some of the other cuts but nowhere near as uniform for whole teams.

Not true, yes management went but so did their whole team in lots of instances.
