New document showed up in my workday profile. About arbitration and my rights between me and the company. So normal document..... Or layoff list document?

@am just curious if you have heard anything about your position, since you seem to have received a document recently.
I have it and it’s been there since September so I don’t think it means anything
@an Click on your picture, then on the left select see more, Personal, in the middle pan documents, in the top box, it will probably me at the bottom with a doc category of employee acknowledgement.

I have it too. It was uploaded on 1/12.
It is different this time than other times. I will say that. To the OP, do not scare people being that you were not certain the document was not there before. that is a document all will have.
@a9 You work in HR, surely you know something. Please share anything that can help alleviate this anxious misery!

Your workday documents in. Everyone has same employee acknowledgement document from last year and before. I am in HR.

@a2 showed up overnight. Haven't seen it before. Rumor has it my lane for layoffs is probably next week....
