I take off EVERY Black Friday, as it's a floating holiday for me.
Sounds like a very mature plan…the only ones you’ll hurt are your colleagues who come to work and have to pick up the slack from you calling out
That makes sense....the company is paying significant severance to cut payroll...but you want a bunch of people to at best get stepped, at worst terminated (especially anyone already on steps).
No one needs to be a boot li---r to understand this is probably not the best time to pull this cr-p. Just because you can't be rif'd today doesn't mean there won't be another round in the future.
