I cant download and forward paystubs ? How do we get them to our selves, i did the personal in the text box thing

Correct - pay stubs and W-2 s haven't been available on the Inside Verizon extranet since payroll upgraded their system. You need to go to the work history site. VZ security will not permit sending PDFs or screen snapshots of a pay stub or W-2 from your company issued notebook to a personal email address, not even with using Virtru.
From personal laptop. Access work "workhistory.verizon.com". Use your severanceportal password you previously created..Then you can view/print/download paystubs and tax documents on your personal laptop.
Act as if you’re about to print, then save as pdf on that screen. That should allow you to email yourself
