How is this even fair? Why does HR get to work from home while the rest of us have to schlep into the office everyday? This is total BS.

Fight the man and join the 99% by calling out sick or using PTO on 9/9 to protest RTO!
@bs lol so true those interns are the future... I could not stand that townhall intern nonsense. Once they get you in the door you are going nowhere... No jobs to apply for intercompany unless you wanna be on the management track.
Let’s keep it focused on the interns! Our intern program is competitive for a reason. Every time I meet our interns, I walk away inspired. The new generation is READY to be burned out for cheaper wages so we can keep blackrock ruling class getting their dividends. To our 2025 v-team interns: Thank you! 🫶 💞 🫶 #vteamlife #vzinterns #nextgentalent #vterns #internseason #nationalinternday #hrwhitebarbie #richaf #dontcareaboutyou #toobigtoofail #right #right #right
Here in Irvine. Since , 2023 we started coming in to the office 1 day, then 2, now 3 and is on the same floor as HR. They have their own no shared section and no one is ever there. I have yet to even see the BP. Not even walking around.
@am too bad u don’t make the rules. We workin from home LOL
That’s BS. Unless you’re in HR operations in a work from home role (like there are in many other departments), HR people have to come to the office just like everyone else.
Sounds similar to the situation with the head of HR from Astronomer, who was responsible to enforce the "don't date the boss" policy. Rules for thee but not for me!
Just wanted to check in and offer my deepest sympathies during this difficult time… I heard RTO is coming for you next month. Brutal.
If you need help remembering how to put on pants, set an alarm, or make small talk with actual humans, I’m here for you.
Also, let me know if you want to practice your “I’m so happy to be back!” face over Zoom before the big day. We’ll work on not dead-eye staring at the fluorescent lights.
Stay strong. One microwave lunch at a time.
Love,
Your HRBP
