You sound like one of the few who are still drinking the USAA kool-aid.
I dislike how there are those of you who are just commenting on here based on speculation. If you don't know for sure, quit speculating or making assumptions without facts. Anyone can be laid off at any time, at any job, Do you realize how ignorant you sound? For example, saying "anyone who has an 8-5 shift or a Mon- Fri, shift beware". GROW UP!

@gr I saw a few folks post on Facebook that they got their notice- makes sense because it has been 60 days since the last round - they need to have so many in HR to support the impacted group.
I haven’t seen anything yet, but I wouldn’t put it past him to do something stupid
As long as that Bank first line leader in charge of rcsas is still helping the CIO im sure everything will be OK
Layoffs are currently happening now, just look on LinkedIn, USAA employees this week are saying they received their 60 days notice. Only thing I know for certain, is that no bank employee is safe. You do not cut the severance package in half just for no reason. Gut instinct says, there will be 1 more mass layoff before end of year in the bank.

No need to ask this question, the new culture here at USAA is layoffs every 3-4 months. We know what it means to fire you quietly and efficiently .
