It's completely unbelievable to me that any company would replace skilled employees with people who literally don't know what they are supposed to be doing. That is the sad reality at Allstate. What do the top dogs think they can achieve with the replacements of such quality?

Overseas suppliers are the flavor of the day at Big Blue. They are going to move everything they possibly can to these overseas workers who make equivalent to $5-8 per hour AND the suppliers pay their salaries (Allstate pays the supplier a total amount but it is far below the wages of onshore skilled employees). These vendors even have legal and claims licensed positions and if there is a legal requirement to have an American worker to hold a license or position then they will "lift and shift" you to the supplier where you move out of Allstate's employment to an employee of the supplier where due to your higher salary are held to just outlandish metrics and numbers and have very little job security along with no severance. No, the suppliers do not have a severance program. They are essentially temp agencies on steroids with 80% of their employees overseas.
Allstate corporate brass are way out of their league...unskilled, no business acumen, not very intelligent, massive egos, hypocrites, unprofessional, disrespectful pieces of human filth. And they don't see any further than the total number in their own bank accounts. When you have these horrid people at the helm it is no wonder why Allstate is falling off the cliff.
Suppliers are cheap, foreign labor that is being exploited to make the fat cats in Chicago fatter. I really don't believe the corporate brass at Allstate really cares what happens to this company as they all have giant nest eggs built on the abuse and mistreatment of hard working employees who most fear each day's abuses and mismanagement and who fear they will no longer have a job the next day due to cheap overseas borderline slave labor.
