I agree. Pure trash. The human robots who answer the phones read scripts and have no real answers. They couldn't assist me; I was promised a callback twice- neither happened.
Seriously -- what a joke. Rerouted to India. I asked about 2025 bonus. They said "bonus weren't announced yet". I said -- I know -- but I want to know what happens when it's announced. This was before the bonus' were announced. Response was 'you have to wait until the announcement was made because I'm not sure'.
