I've witnessed hundreds of families being tear down as their jobs being replaced by H1B and OPT visas.
This should stop and Ford should stop hiring H1B, H4, OPTand other phony visas out there.

The injustices of DEI are not a figment of the white imagination.
H-1Bs are used by Ford and other companies to meet their DEI quotas.
I'm always amazed at the willful ignorance of the average white person to blame all of thier woes on others. Do you ever take responsibility for anything? Has the table not been set for you, so in your mediocre bewilderment lash out at others? It's a very quizzical thing to see.
@OP I disagree. They should hire more of them but put them at LL4+ levels. They would be cheaper. They won't hurt quality or operations either as they would be just as CLUELESS as the ones currently there in building low cost, dependable and affordable vehicles!

@b7 Submit a question for the Town Hall. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Add in TN Visas since Mexicans and Canadians are a high % of domestic based hires as well.
@ak What does that have to do with H1Bs and OPTs? We are talking about the fact that Ford and other corporations are flooding the US job market with lower cost foreign workers. Has nothing to do with Ford India.
I work with Ford team in India all the time, great bunch of guys we even play cricket when I visit the office.

They are hiring hand over fist many h-1bs. new policy did not stop the trend.
Yes that’s the main reason for low employment rate. Otherwise economy is just booming
