Early Adopter Call

So we jump on a call being handled by someone who clearly had no idea what she was talking about, only to find out she has a PHD in Psychology. Following along..PHD in psychology, leading a Google Enterprise discussion and labeling with her team of so-called change management experts.. Okay, I digress. The call was poorly conducted and alomost the 100 people on the call all had outstanding valid points why they could not convert and everytime a comment was made the so called experts leading the call would say well you may fall in the group that can't be transitioned lol - At this point, who's running this integration and second has anyone even provided Sammy the truth about the negative impact on this transition? For the next call, please do not add people who can't speak on Google; instead, bring people on the call who can! We don't need our behaviors on the call to be analyzed; we're not a school project!

Low response rate to survey? Get a clue, Sammy. Employees are sending you a Fu-k you message.

This is all intentional. They want to neuter your productivity so they can eliminate your position.

I hope this becomes a classic case study in MBA programs for generations to come on poor decision making and planning.

If you thought things are bad now, “B-b-b-baby, you just ain't seen n-n-n-nothing yet ”

@ak That’s exactly why they haven’t had many responses to the survey. What will it change other than getting fired for asking questions?

They don't care. Cost and balance sheet is all they care about. They have no idea what people actually do and what tools are used. And they signed the Google contract before considering risks and trade offs. Asking users and scoping risk after the decision has been made is asinine.

When leadership has no revenue growth plans you end up with only cost cutting strategies. Would suggest looking for a new job while you can, 5 months before Google workspace implodes productivity.

Wow, we never heard about this in the satellite locations. But our Outlook email history and Excel are tools we use in our jobs all day long. Google sheets can't transition everything my team does, and we're going to lose so much customer account history and efficacy because of the general limitations of the google platform. Honestly, the on-highs are going to be astounded. Save a few pennies but get to watch day-to-day productivity drop 30% overnight. Nice job...
