Some of the new hires can barely use a computer. If it doesn’t have a touchscreen, it might as well be a monster to them. Who the he-l are we hiring these days?

Pepsi like new employees to be young or seasoned individuals that won't question them or give new ideas. The intelligent returns they hired all but quit or been let go and they had Masters Degrees and weren't d-mb at least the ones I spoke with, many were excited and optimistic to be working again. Most of them saw through the BS and left if they weren't fired. The ones that stayed were/are so unhappy and stressed. It's the company culture that's the problem. Horrible middle managers and keeping people that have zero ethics in positions with power
Who cares as long as they’ll work cheap enough. Might show up, might not, but at least we cut compensation. Routes may sit, but whatever.

We ran off a majority of the good help years ago with the ever changing pay structure. Nowadays I think the qualifications of getting hired are can you fog a mirror. I honestly believe some of the newest hires are illiterate.
A lot of the people who've been working here for years can't use a computer either.
