People have been saying the number might be much higher than what was initially reported. Anyone heard anything solid, or is it all just speculation?

@aj tell that to the hundreds of thousands of people that go into the stores everyday.
I am all for this … the days of brick and mortar should be over…it’s not that hard to purchase a cell phone on the app… customers are really stupid… they go to the store and get pretty much bent over and railed and than a month or 2 later they are either coming back to the store to undo everything or they are call customer care… id--ts!! The power is completely in the palm of your hand, we were training you for years to navigate the app, to purchase within the app and than we showed you how to transfer all your data….there was no reason to even go to a store anymore !! I say close down as many as you can
