Oh joy. It’s training time. We have so many trainings in too many waves. Like most don’t apply to us anyway, just a leadership CYA for everyone. I feel like we just got finished with these trainings.
Why not consolidate trainings? it was a lot easier when it was all of them were due in at one time versus 3 or 4 times a year. Far too many things and takes too much of our time to breeze through them. Some of these should be bi-annual too. Off I go to close out these trainings only for more to pop up tomorrow and next week… sigh
