Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

Short timers?

It is impossible to care about work that has an end date in the immediate future. The motivation to your best, to train others or to spend time considering better ways to perform has been destroyed.

How is everyone with an end date handling this? Wrong answers only.

It is very hard. They didn’t deserve our professionalism and dedication. Unfortunately, there are still people who are good and might be affected if we don’t do the job properly. That is where I found motivation to show up. For people who deserve that.

@ah Believe Stephanie was in Cancun with her daughter and to complete a business deal left her there and left to do the deal. Speaks volumes about the type of person she is. At least to me.

@a4 have seen several references to the Cancun story, could someone please flesh that out for those who don't know?

I’d leave my daughter in Cancun so I can better focus on my dedication to this sinking ship
