I was a Billing Analyst in Charlotte, NC. Once I got a notification meeting email from my VP and he messaged me directly from Web Ex I knew I no longer had a job. Once I was finished talking to the VP and Senior Director some lady had my book bag and lunch bag and told to leave lol. I couldn’t even get my cleaning supplies, mouse pad and phone charger. Also, the bi--h had the audacity to put two employee awards in my book bag like that sh-t is going to benefit me now. 💀 I was an employee for 9 years there.

@a8 ask any CV employee how they really feel about SP. She knew how to take orders from Hargis can’t give em. Would rather be feared than liked. Ask KAT how she feels about SP and ask PP why SMB isn’t making money. I heard plan is to have Amy run both SMB and Enterprise.

Unfortunately I cannot share, as the agreement itself requires I keep those details confidential.

Can you share details about severance and any agreement you had to sign to qualify for it?

Engineer/Developer/Architect for the STV product here, laid off yesterday from their Greenwood Village location at Spectrum Plaza. Not management so I am unaware of how many others like me were laid off. 8+ year tenure, started as a front end coder for one of the supported platforms -- in recent years worked my way into a "big picture" architect role; not just front end but backend and infrastructure (on-prem, aws, kubernetes, docker, etc). Was always involved in the highest priority projects, was highly praised for my dedication, expertise, and razor sharp technical skills throughout the years. I've grown to be a video streaming expert, vast knowledge in full stack development and a variety of the company's systems and video streaming products, and have produced multiple patent filings for the company. I was already able to do the work of what maybe 2 or 3 engineers could get done, and with recent integrations of ai assisted tools I felt I was upping my game A LOT. In the past they just moved me to other teams, but not this time. So even higher performing adept technologists aren't safe. Good luck everyone.

@aq PP is just a tiny cog in the SP machine. He does her dirty work. His work is done by a small group of Directors and if he sees something he doesn’t like those directors blame it on their staff. We have a ton of directors, a ton of associates, and SPs Christmas tap dance team.

San Antonio sales site I support LSIT had a analyst and facilities coordinator laid off today. Site VP told my peer and I it’s happening to all sales sites with those particular roles.

I hope I get laid off by PP tomorrow, he has failed me as an employee. I used to look up to him but now I realize whatever I do at work is in vain. Recognizing your employees goes a long way, too little too late now.

No sales from marketing has now trickled down to us. Their marketing team is waaaay over staffed. You’re either a Director or an associate that was trained by the managers and analysts they dumped over the past 2 years. Essentially Charter dumped their middle class. This happened when CW and SP were put in charge. Then there is SPs BI--H PP who she works to the bone and again no results. Happy Diwali to the overworked Indian population who are just Yes Men at this point. I’ve never seen a company get run into the ground so quick. Oh wait, they did the same thing to Optimum. She’s even demoted Directors to managers. Meanwhile those mover sales are big money for the company. Can we also replace SMB with the enterprise team? Do the SMB Directors have something that on upper management that they get so many chances to improve results. How’s that Buyflow coming along?
