Just got LR’d yesterday, G10 RTP Collab. The team environment was politically charged and pathetic. Only bootlickers are safe. Not sure how I made this far in the group.

Collab is a mess. Leadership there is horrible. And the software is somehow worse than teams. Y/Y growth isn’t good. Cisco should just rip off the bandaid and sell it.

What’s bootlicker? Your manager calls you at weekend, let you come online to debug, you says it’s your personal time, another guy immediately quits his planned trip and comes online, is that guy a bootlicker?
100% accurate and same for me as well. The VP of my group has been doing big cuts every few months but he doesn’t care- he wanted to report to a SVP directly and not another VP, so his entire thought process was how do I get rid of people to achieve that. You know the type, when his bosses say jump, he only says yes sir, how high?
Cisco is toxic everywhere you turn, nothing is new.
