No concrete insight, but assuming it will focus on those areas already impacted by offshoring and the traditional insurance functions. We all know leadership wants to cut costs, but no one really knows how the new RTO policy is going to shake out with voluntary exits. Thinking (and hoping) areas on the fence will be delayed as to not “over do it” with cuts where the outcome is not clear. They already know what’s going to happen by offshoring UM and case management.

I'm great at my job as well but this whole organization is a disgrace.

If you or I died tomorrow we wouldn't be replaced and they wouldn't care we were dead.

Idk previous threads said expect layoffs and my anxiety is kicking in again. Please no comments to find another job. I actually like my job, my peers and my manager. And I am great at my job. My one wish is leadership actually hear all of us and make this company a great place to work again. The moral is horrible and all they care about is the survey. How about worry about our mental health. They give us 2 mental health days. Do they realize how truly bad people are feeling and they are the cause of poor morale. I have seen some very disturbing comments where people are taking my leave near breakdowns. Please leadership actually hear us!
