Dr. Donley said in today's leadership video that they worked with every person who was layed off to find another job... truthful?

It’s complicated, speaking from a union perspective, we were given a list of ALL available union positions at our home campus. We were told via email a meeting with our union reps, talent acquisition, and HR would occur within the beginning of June to go over the top 5-10 positions we were interested in being moved to. We were also informed training would be offered for positions that required specific knowledge ( phlebotomy, radiology tech). But our choice should be based on our skills. Unfortunately many who advocated for their skill sets in relation to the jobs offered were not met with training offers to assist. Severance packages are 4 weeks continued after our last day.
What Amazing Things are happening for the patients and community when you’re letting go of your key staff as you sit in your nice offices recording leadership videos with giant pictures of your family behind you as if to humanize you?

Received the message of my entire department being laid off... haven't heard back from any HR representative since the dreaded phone call. Won't go into specifics but the department that I work for is crucial in the health and well-being of our patients. It's a shame that they are dealing with budgeting in this way.
This is NOT true at all! When did he say this in the video? What have they been announcing in the last couple of town halls after the layoffs hit? Have they owned up to the real reason being the s-xual as--ult lawsuit payout being upwards of $1 Billion dollars yet?
Anyone else notice how the video glitched when he said if we didn’t have a position for someone at NYP we still helped them get jobs..? I can only speak for my department but everyone that’s position was eliminated was offered another job, but it wasn’t necessarily on the same campus.
