Surprised to see no thread to discuss the all teams town hall given that it was marketed a lot to attend in person in office.

Do not trust management, leadership or HR, until their decisions, engagement and actions warrant your trust…
Both of them are still with the company. One of them actually asked a question from St Louis yesterday at the townhall.
@ed+1jscdj5cs , she was an awesome person who stood up to those bullies. Did she leave Cigna ?
I think about that from time to time. That woman who directly told Cordani "we are not ok" and he promptly ignored it.
In my mind, she left for a better option elsewhere.
@ag+1jscdj5cs, you are absolutely right about survey responses not being anonymous! I was called into my senior leader's office where several of his other senior leaders listened as I was told my team member's written response to a question and then berated for the response because it made our senior leader look bad. I was told to straighten out that team member without letting them know that we were aware of what they had said in their survey response.
Honestly, SLT is only looking for b-m kissing with the employee surveys. Nothing is ever really done to address issues or concerns. It's all smoke and mirrors when they pretend to address something.
Hey, let's spend more money of artwork and TV screens in the offices instead of paying people what they are worth.
I don't think leadership is out of touch, I think they just don't care. The job market su-ks right now so they can treat employees like garbage and most still won't quit, at least not til things improve. It su-ks when it's an employer's, not an employee's, market.
They know we see right through them, they just don't care.
Sounds like we should consider ourselves lucky and be thankful that they’re not making us RTO five days a week.
Yes. Poor use of time at an All-Employee Town Hall to rabbit hole into something super specific.
Pathetic questions
The lip service is palpable
Does anyone know how the brave folks that stood up and questioned the RTO policy in past townhalls faired in the layoffs?
@ae+1jscdj5cs Because the survey is not anonymous like they tell us.
Very interesting that two questioners were Site Leads. Almost too interesting...
This meeting shows how out of touch leadership is with their employees. How much more corporate fluff can we listen to? Why not use the employee survey results to inform where to invest dollars for cigna benefits? Or are they doing the employee relief fund so they can get back end tax relief? What a load of bullsh-t.
All those new hires in HIH will make all things better.
SMEs. Wait, didn't we JE some of our best?
We have come a long way with the in-person site experience? News to me.
Can we donate our banked time off to the emergency fund? Oh wait..
Save your $ and let us WAH. New wall art is yet ANOTHER indication our leadership is out of touch with its employees
Kari actually makes me like Kamala Harris.
BS on anything to do with RTO
Highlighting an emergency support fund for catastrophic occurrences that may impact a handful of employees (and is funded by their colleagues) while stripping us of basic benefits stinks. You can make as many videos as you like, but it still bites.
The milk carton...
Guessing it’s related to Trump inauguration
What was the weight of last few months??
Another load of self-congratulatory bullsh-t. Might as well have replayed an archived version for how much value any of this provides.
I stayed home today to bypass any need to deal with my coworkers.
