Where’s the workforce diversity with ENGINE? Thoughts?

not enough “good ol boy” vibes for the Goula yes men
What’s with the boomer Pascagoula operator on here hating on KF. Did she fire you or did she not reciprocate when you hit on her and hurt your feelings?
KF is one of the few really good leaders out there and she was a good choice, unlike the picks from some of the other functions. Local hires are predominantly men and of course are all Indian. Local workforce will not be “top talent” because they are not offering hybrid and every candidate I’ve spoken to has that as a deal breaker.
Diversity means non-White.
If everyone is special, then no one is special!
KF - thanks for your thoughts about yourself. We all know who you really are.
@ah+1jhwm2p4j Sounds like you didn’t like having a woman as a manager in a refinery and butthurt about it. KF is a pretty capable leader with actual experience and understanding of manufacturing workflows to move to ENGINE, as opposed to the other expats moved there as a favor from AS. None of them are even qualified to assess what petrotech workflows can move there as they’ve not actually done any of the work in a decade or more.
Don’t worry. All the managers and advisors will be white expats…
Some folks try hard to be manipulative by making issues out of no issues. I wonder if OP is a DEI person in a privileged position drumming up cr-p to cry wolf.
OP umm when you hear the word ‘business’ and ‘money’… what’s that mean to you.. Chevron attempts to make money.. full stop
DEI doesn't matter anymore since there are cheaper non-diverse people to hire.
same place as the in office collaboration. unless they move everything to ENGINE there won’t be in office collaboration. These policies only apply when it’s convenient to them
You should know by now, DEI is a one-way street, and you don’t live on it. But keep attending those employee networks so you can virtue signal so hard you lose your job.
