As per USCIS's Employment visa rules, employers 'vouch' that there is no equivalent American citizen available, hence they are sponsoring a foreign national for H1B visa.
But the reality is quite different. Just produce the facts related to Fiserv i.e. how many US citizens were laid off while Fiserv continuously sponsoring H1B visas and majorly Green Cards where they prove to US DOL with complete documentation that absolutely there is no citizen available for that position and ONLY that particular foreign national is the PERFECT fit that position to get the PERM clearance. How fake it can be these days..
Just provide the facts to USCIS and copy to Stephen Miller White House Deputy Chief of Staff for policy and Homeland Security, Copy to local DOL's authorities.

According to my severance paperwork 118 people are being RIF’d in BH through May.

They’re laying off everyone that got a needs improvement review. Managers have to give atleast 1 needs improvement review for this exact reasoning. So when layoffs come it’s easy to decide who is getting the boot
The entire malware forensics team walked out years ago from Alpharetta office. On their own. It was a great group of really smart people

I saw a few people in Alpharetta let go today. I don’t think they got severance and just called it poor performance.

Yep. Someone on my team in Alpharetta today. I’m taken aback because I thought she was good at her job. I suspect it was cost related.
Was laid off today from Fiserv. Support. Saw the writing on the wall with my last surprise bad review.
I guess since they moved my group to Infinite, there is no need to lay me off or anyone that was part of the move

Layoffs are happening in the US beginning today and may continue through the week due to office/remote situations.
