Sorry you had to miss that summer Olympics game tickets you had.

Here’s a want. I want leaders who aren't total mo--ns. I want leaders who don't cut their employees 401k match before their over inflated salary. I want a less toxic culture that doesn't promote snake oil salesman over actual innovators. Or are those needs???

I don't know how I could dislike this person more. Maybe if he disparaged his brother or something to a live work audience… oh wait…

@ag AGREE. I saw CFO, I was hoping to hear honesty about what we could possibly expect to happen at review time. Instead it was the most hideous show I've seen. A waste of time taken away from value work projects. Then they had flown in a panel of people to MN to do nothing more than boast about their greatness. Do they seriously think that was a good platform for that? Why not just do virtual and not waste company finances on flying people in to do nothing of value to anyone. That CFO share time was frankly, very sad. He should be ashamed to shame his brother and boast on how wonderful he and his family are. I was embarrassed for him and not one bit impressed because he only thinks of himself and sits on a pile of money while basically rubbing our faces in it. Thanks for not telling us anything your position as CFO should be. These Town Halls are becoming a circus and the cheerleading ways to bring up morale are only brining people down. No one sits there and thinks, wow, these meetings are awesome and we walk away feeling refreshed. Not even a little bit!!! Town Halls should be to tell your employees the absolute truth, not brag about how well you are doing in the company as CEO's!

I also like how all those people on stage make it seem like the work humanity has done before AI was a waste of time. I need to get out of this hellscape of a company.

They talk about bettering Health Care. Our wins. Yet they fire us. How about firing 20 executives that sit around on their as--s and do nothing for 60 employees that actually do the work.

CFO, and our leaders, isn't there something to be said about allocating X amount of funding to AI projects only? Isn't there a /consequence/ that could drastically impact this company in a very dire way (i.e., existing teams and projects lose out on funding, real solutions get ki-led off or become poorly maintained as staff is moved to other priorities, etc.)?

Has your gambit played out how you wanted it to, yet?

Clear they are completely out of touch. Offshoring 80% of the workforce and force feeding AI without a clear plan is a recipe for disaster, and we can all see it. Forecast for the year is more security breaches due to offshoring and AI without proper guardrails, more member upset due to pushing them to solve issues with AI instead of a real person, and great talent jumping ship due to no raises and forced low rankings and 401K match changes. So embarrassing

The guy is trading with Bloomberg terminal during work, who is doing his job? Wait— he was capable of doing the job — company would not be sinking. And confirmed at least 4 times by himself— mo--n, who does not understand AI or any technology, and leading the entire technology for this company and pushing AI and what not.

The fact that our CFO's favorite AI is the most lobotomized one (grok) and that he thinks this investment in AI project is going towards "training AI" should speak novels about the cognitive competence of leaders within this company.
