In fairness, MG has a very strong LT. They inspire people, drive performance, and influence results. So far, the best batch.

I hear business partners and L&T are going to get destroyed....again. RP is incapable of keeping them in line and GV doesn't know how to prioritize.
LD is driving the bus and MGs reputation is getting hammered.

HR got cut 40-50% in US and LT is floundering. RP, JS and GV are all incapable of doing basic HR work and no longer have the teams behind them to do the work. They are also being told that they have to cut 10-20% more in 2026. MG is going to have some major decisions on her LT in the next few months.
