Boxes are staged and most of the remaining employees have left. Broomfield and Denver are next.
@as Buildout of 24 million dollar lab in Broomfield. Project has started. All remaining buildings will be sold off or fully leased out.
@bf Lakefront has a 1/2 a floor and is on the market. Citadel has been closed for 2 years.
@as Yeah, I was going to say. They've been doing that in Orlando, leasing out space. Then RS dragged all of Support back to the office, then they had to rent floors in the building across the street because too many people for the Lakefront building. Then we started working from home again, they gave up the floors across the street. NO idea how full the Lakefront building was/is.
Good they're sending them home to work than close the support center entirely and lay everyone off. I have a LOT of friends there and worked out of that building briefly a couple of times.
@ag The SCA campus, much like the BRM campus in Denver, has been leasing out space for years. I'm sure they would unload them if they could find a buyer.
What happens to the buildings in Santa Clara campus from the Sun acquisition?
Are they following the same fate as Colorado Springs?
@OP every owned building is on the market at this time. The focus is large scale data centers owned by OCI. Weird times we are living in.
@a4 everyone assigned to CS will be assigned remote.
Where are you hearing this? Are they laying off all the people working there, or is everyone working from home so they're ditching the building?
