soooo if leadership roles are affected at roughly 3x the rate of ICs, what is the target span-of-control after consolidation

@aj I think our real ratio is closer between 3:1 and 5:1 I calced for several large orgs and it was between 3-5:1 for all - which would speak to the issue at hand and the “bloat” everyone keep referring to, it’s real! So if that is the case it would likely be 300-500 leaders and 500-700 individual contributors (depending on the actual ratio) that make up the “1000 filled jobs”

Is it really feasible for leadership layoff to be at a rate 3x greater when it’s a mass layoff of 1800 positions? That seems like a ton of leadership positions, and the ratio of leader to non-leader is probably like 10:1, 20:1, etc based on how high the position is
