Got the word. Our group in Michigan is moving back to 5 days in office. Thought we were going to be good at 3 days. Was nice while it lasted.

It is disappointing to see the bantering between folks about RTO. Grow up already. If you do installations, you can't work from home. So quit crying union folks. If you are union and desking it, too bad. Don't like it, leave.
