Today, I’m sharing some personal news: I’ve decided to step away from my role at T-Mobile and begin a new chapter.

It's a moment I’ll never forget — 21 years ago I put on an Elf costume for my first day selling mobile phones at a temporary T-Mobile kiosk in Barton Creek Mall, Austin, Texas.

When I joined T-Mobile then, I never imagined the ride ahead. I started on the frontline, helping customers and building teams, and I fell in love with the work. I saw the power of connection, the impact of empathy, and the difference great service can make. From that moment, I was all in.

This led to a journey to join the team that transformed not just a company, but an industry that always put customers first and never settled for “good enough.”

From the early days to the Un-carrier revolution, to countless exciting and transformative moments, I’ve been inspired by the grit, resilience, and innovation of our team.

Over the years, I’ve served in roles across nearly every corner of the business — from sales to customer care, business, and operations — and eventually stepped into executive leadership. Most recently, as President of T-Mobile’s Business Group, I’ve had the honor to help redefine what’s possible for businesses of all sizes.

In the last 3 years, we scaled T-Mobile For Business from a start-up to the fastest-growing B2B business in the industry. We launched Advanced Network Solutions, built T-Priority for First Responders, and delivered record growth. It’s been a joy to build a disciplined, customer-first growth machine.

But what makes T-Mobile special isn’t just innovation or growth (though I’m proud of both). It’s the people. I’ve worked alongside the most passionate, dedicated, purpose-driven teams you could ever hope for. Together, we built a culture that puts people first — customers, employees, and communities. We’ve challenged the status quo, broken barriers, and delivered on promises others said couldn’t be kept.

T-Mobile is also renowned for its phenomenal leadership, and it’s been the privilege of a lifetime to work for and learn from John Legere, Mike Sievert and Srini Gopalan. I want to thank these mentors who believed in me, the teams who inspired me, and the customers who trusted us. You’ve shaped who I am as a leader and a person.

This wasn’t an easy decision. T-Mobile has been such a big part of my life, growth, and heart. Because of that, I’ll take time to transition. I will continue in my current role until the end of Q3. My fantastic colleague, André Almeida, will then lead as President of Growth & Emerging Businesses. I will serve as a strategic advisor to our executive leadership team until March 2026.

From there, it will be time to turn toward new challenges and explore passions waiting in the wings.

To all the bold thinkers, future leaders, and Un-carrier dreamers still driving this mission: keep going. Keep pushing boundaries. Keep leading with heart. The best is yet to come.

@ag Dotson famously said that in an all hands meeting when we used to have them at the movie theatre across the street from Factoria, holding his 2008 flip phone in the air. Now Bobby D hawks his wildlife photo business...suggesting he's the reason T-Mobile is now successful.

@b8 Neville got the cellular portion to where TMUS could actually be a viable competitor. All Ulf did was fall in on Neville's buildout plan. Now let's see Saw drive another technical success into the ground. He did it at Clearwire and Sprint. Can't wait to see how he messes it up here.

@a4 Dotson also said, "Customers don't want to watch TV on their phones". Only thing d-mber which a "Tech" CEO stated, in 2007, Steve Ballmer said, "There's no chance that the iPhone is going to get any significant market share. No chance".

T-Mobile has become a complete disaster. It has not been this poorly ran since Robert Dotson was in charge and stated 'Our customers don't care about data. They just want to make a call ' 😆
