Get rid of AC. Holy sh-t I've never seen a more dysfunctional and toxic org.
JS’s org is basically directionless at this point and keeps adding headcount to grow the kingdom. Just fancy chatgpt written status reports to keep the gravy train going.

MD’s team of failed clowns like DA, AC (aka coder who codes) and other self proclaimed gurus and expert politicians getting booted yet? It’s demotivating for us rank and file that these bureaucrats are still around.

As far as I can tell, it looks like all of Core ERP was wiped out. In my call, our Senior Director read a general statement about the reorg and notified me my position was eliminated. An HR person shared a screen showing my severance calculation. They thanked me for my years of service and contributions, and then asked if I had questions. I didn't, so it was all over in about 5 minutes. I already had a heads up on what was going to happen because several other teammates had similar calls before mine.
Oh well, I guess it was a fun ride. I'm going to miss the paycheck and some of my coworkers. However, I'm not looking back. Nike is like an old girlfriend who cheated. There is no use spending any emotion on that company anymore.
Sorry to everyone this happened to today. I know I didn't deserve it, and I'm sure that's the case for most others. Best of luck finding a better situation!
It's a bloodbath in CoreERP. More than 60 people were impacted this morning.

Keeping them on payroll for another 3 months lets them stretch out when they WARN, or even avoid it depending on reporting boundaries. I'd rather have severence than notice

Looks like most of the ITC folks in SEC were let go last night.

@az+1jv8h976f only hearsay but doesn't Accenture have ties with the board of directors? that's probably how they were appointed and no one can compete that contract.
Likely answer is people with write access to production SAP will be limited to avoid any bad emotional decisions from happening
The email says SAP access will be limited for some users. Wonder why that is so. Can any clues be deduced from that?
Layoff Nike FTEs with deep knowledge of SAP and Nike business so that we can hire more Accenture resources at @$500 per hour ( off course $25 of that each goes to CF and MF)

CF is both Corp Finance as well as the initials of the person who sent out the email to work from home
