The rtes and scrum masters will hang around to save the company after all of us are laid off! Kneel to the awesomeness

That wp post was a misguided last ditch attempt to save himself. Delusional.
That was not a comment at the OP…
It’s rhetorical but thanks for chiming in
"And did you see the agile loser who posted about how safe was going to help Chevron achieve its goals. What a fu--ing joke."
The OP was being sarcastic.
I’m curious how much we spent on agile roles (contractors) plus agile coaches (upwards of $300/hr) over the past 5 years and whether that returned any value.
Worse yet, agile eroded value or any productivity that we had as a company. Getting important people who need to operate wasting time in scrum meetings is horrendous.
And did you see the agile loser who posted about how safe was going to help Chevron achieve its goals. What a fu--ing joke.
Agile was created so jobless people can have jobs like RTE and scrum masters. What a waste of resources for people who coordinate meetings, it can be easily outsourced to Buenos Aires or Manila, there is nothing tangible these agile people produce.
Very few on-shore scrumasters now. Most are out of Argentina.
