Dumping Vz Cell Plan? Good Deals?

Like many of you, I plan to dump my Vz plan (3 lines) soon and starting to research alternatives. Anyone find a good deal with T-Mobile, ATT or other? Monthly cost?

@a2 Former Verizon employee and I also give a thumbs up to Spectrum. I worked for Spectrum for about a year when it started selling mobile. I was admittedly a Verizon snob and the service was somewhat hit or miss even though it used Verizon towers. But it is much improved and I’ve been a customer for two years.

If you have Spectrum internet and an unlocked phone there is no real risk to try it out for a month to see if it can work for you. It’s just $30 a month and the phone has worked fine for me. I’ve used it in NYC, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Canada and Europe.

Look into Tello! I had been using it for my kids line just to have something for them to take to practices. 100 min and unl text for less than $10 per month. They have unlimited plans also and they are the cheapest Ive seen.

T-Mobile's regular plans are cheaper than Verizon's with the employee discount. And they are setting up promos for current and former Verizon employees to get two months free and new phones for free. They just announced it today. Tell the sales person to use VZEX as the promo code.

@db I went to them two years ago after RIF. A great alternative. I never had any issues with my $20 plan.

It does kind of put a damper on the stick it to Verizon feeling as they own Visible.

Gonna sign up for Visible. Love their website and you get a good deal on our network. Signing up for tmob or ATT I will never do.

@OP Helium Mobile. It’s an app, it has 3 plans. Free, $15/mo and $30/mo unlimited everything. I believe it is a T-Mobile reseller. You get a phone number instantly or you can port your number.

I have US Mobile prepaid, $10 a month for unlimited talk, text, 2gb of data, $4 more for each 2gb of data if needed. They also have unlimited data plan. You get to choose which network to use: Verizon, Att, tmobile.

@af take over Verizon, that's funny. They make pennies on the dollar compared to Verizon.

TMO all of the way. We switched. The network is faster in Florida and there’s no dead spots with the Starlink feature. Unfortunately for our beloved Big Red, they have serious catching up to reclaim the best network.

WHY THE DOWNVOTES?! Are you people drunk?

Go to T-Mobile so it can finally overtake VZ.

I went to T-Mobile. Network is good, and paying less than I was with vz employee discount. They will payoff your DPP if you have a device payment. Go to Costco/Sams to sign up for the best deals.
