I have been here for more than ten years and it feels like nothing has changed. No appreciation, no respect, and the same toxic setup year after year. People who care end up burned out, while bad behavior gets ignored. If anyone is thinking of joining, look somewhere that values its people.

Awww just 10 years, you missed the good ole days. It started getting bad about 10 years ago. If I was still there I would have 35+ years but I'm retired
Bad behavior equates to a promotion in most cases
“We were recently informed of some new changes coming and it is going to be so much worse in 2026.”
What changes?
Every year I’ve seen it go lower than the last. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it does. It has to be intentional, there’s no way they can be that bad. Yet I stayed through it because I liked the people I worked with and have had other offers, but I felt those places would have been worse. However, we were recently informed of some new changes coming and it is going to be so much worse in 2026 that I just can’t stomach it any longer. This is the last couple months for me as I’ll be leaving in Jan.
Welcome to AT&T. It only gets worse!
We really have been disappointed in you for over 10 years.
communicate your grievances at the next survey.
Companies don’t want long term employees anymore. It’s easier on their bottom line.
Eventually this is going to backfire on America. If you are in you 20’s or 30’s I feel sorry for you and the future.
"No job is so important and no service is so urgent that we cannot take the time to perform our work safely"
The good ole days ....
It’s not AT&T, it’s you.
Thats a Wire Techs life. Sorry
'Ten years'!? You should start packing that box with 'your personal belongings'.
American companies want you out by year 7. You didn't know that? Bye
You moan and groan, cuss and complain
But in the end, you still remain
“Never tell your problems and complaints to anyone, twenty percent don't care and the other eighty percent are glad you have them.” – Lou Holtz
If you have been here 10 years then you know things have changed for the worse!
Yes, because T doesn’t value its people.
Instead, from leadership they advise if you don’t like it (the toxic culture),you can leave.
It won’t get any better.
