Don't we already have a digital banking, D1? What's the purpose there? I imagine one or the other will be liquidated bc why have 2?

I believe Amount is only account opening, not the full digital banking suite. So that would compete with D1 Account Open and the other account opening efforts on the business side, but those were not really gaining ground.
FIS will keep both, and build a brand new team to build a 3rd
Think of the worst possible way it could be handled and that’s what FIS will do.
