12 Billion AI Server Backlog

So is this a lie as well? The fact that the CFO is gone, there is no 12 billion XE servers backlog, otherwise they wouldn’t have left.

Those who work in sales, are you selling the PowerEdge XE servers like hot cakes or not?

Outside of the big AI cloud providers no others buying XE9xxx
NVL72 is all Nvidia designed gear, not a PowerEdge design no Idrac. Dell assemble this Nvidia cheap cr-p in a rack and get all the grief with field issues. It’s a mess.
Deck or cards about to fall!
JC and AL will walk the plank by end of year.

Nobody cares about the Dell server. It's just a cradle for the GPU.

@ae Exactly this. For some stupid reason we're sabotaging storage and it's 3000% margin in favor of AI servers with little to no margin. I think investors have gotten wise to this and that is we're having to drop headcount to make the $ numbers look better. This ca work in the short term but is unsustainable in the long term. IMHO we've already damaged the company's ability to develop new products fir the next 10-15 years or longer.

This whole AI thing is a scam and I think they're about to get busted. Think about it, nobody outside of Dell that I interact with knows anything about AI or gives two S**'s about it.
