When Uniti takes over how do we get through to them that we need new call routing, new sales process (scripting), and better scheduling?

In order to make a positive change here they need to start at the top and clean house all the way down to mid level management. The only ones that seem to know what’s happening are those that are paid hourly and do the actual work each day.
Agree. It is so they can cover each others lies and manipulation so they can keep their jobs. They say corporate politics are bad yet so many specialize in just that. Rumor is big changes are coming after 8/1, across the board.
Dude just go get another job and collect a paycheck at the stream until they rif you or figure out you stopped working months ago. If you dont think managers are not doing this exact thing youre wrong. Seriously go find another job sooner the better.
The only change coming is you vacating that seat, along with everyone else

Until there is a major change in management nothing will be any different. You cant keep the same people who are making terrible decisions and expect things to be better. Obviously no one cares to run this like a business. More like lets put friends and family in positions they are not qualified for.
