It was announced not too many days ago that Dan McCoy is out as Texas plan President. What does this mean for people working for the plan? Do any plan employees think they know why he was sent packing?

Posting identifiable info is not allowed here. One can name c-suits because they are public figures, but cannot name “commoners” like employees or middle managers.
What does that even mean? This site is a separate entity and not run by anyone at the company. What is c4E?
That is what I had heard as well. There was an air of superiority and for what? I think we will see serious changes in the structure there and a less superior attitude among the people who worked most closely with McCoy. It is overdue.
What's next? Maybe better leadership. Why did he get sacked? Word on the street says for cause. Not a shining example of diversity on his teams and all "yes" men/women closest to him. Don't think he will be missed–feared not loved.
