@yg
A post where I gave an example of how Brinks treats their employees was removed from here, it’s pretty bad.

For anyone thinking this is going to be good for employees just go and check employee reviews of Brinks.

Makes me think of that very soulless phrase I heard from a former TM and a co worker, "Its nothing personal just business" When I read this that is what came to mind.

@cr "Synergies" means layoffs. Brink's expects $200M in annual cost savings within 3 years - that's approximately 2,000-3,000 jobs eliminated, with back-office functions (HR, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics) being the primary targets for "consolidation."

Atleos wasn't going to survive under current model. This move is great for its employees and creates opportunity.

Layoffs what else you think is going to happen. Leadership will make big bucks from the sale and leave the employees at Brinks mercy. It’s never a good sign when the company you work for gets sold.

I find this acquisition a little surprising. I'm curious to know what will happen to current employees, clients and GHQ. Ge-z, it seems leadership has gotten themselves into deep sh-t.
