@ae Spot on! And those that MB said are working long hours - do yourself a favor, don't. You will not be rewarded under his leadership. He will though and his buddies, as they do every year. Just do the minimal needed.

Shocker… another tone deaf all employee meeting. I would have such much more respect if they addressed things that employees are truly concerned about.

  1. Frequent layoffs/anxiety over job security
  2. Wages that do not keep up with the cost of living
  3. Decreasing the total compensation package (401k).
    I wish they would just say that are trying to cut their way into additional profit and that the mentality is we should feel fortunate to have a job considering the economy/job market is garbage.

I wasn't even listening, I was playing games. I deserve all the off time I can get from people screaming at me about the Tier 3 coinsurance and LIS copays.

His explanation about the Medicare stuff going on was overly complex and designed to keep us informed but not inform us. Very hard to follow what he was talking about

He seemed under a lot of stress
