Many were marked below or meet some for the sake of bnys ulterior motive to get rid of people to avoid paying severance. So match that rating!!! Dont waste your time going above or beyond when they clearly don't care or appreciate you. most wont make it to get next merit so stop doing extra. Do bare minimum

Peakon is definitely NOT anonymous. I had filled out one about a year ago and the next day my manager had emailed me directly and asked me about my responses. I played it off like I had zero idea what they were talking about and said I hadn’t filled it out yet but they knew.

Peakon surveys are not anonymous. As someone said above, it’s a way to find the “troublemakers” and then fire them.

They rate you “meet some” give them meet some performance. Dont do more than you have too cause clearly to them that hard work or sacrifice means nothing. Let them eat sh-t

Peakon surveys are just a way to find out who the troublemakers are. And by troublemaker, I mean persons that are aware of how BNY is not a real firm with real senior leadership.
