No you didn’t
@ae cope
This is a lie. Lake Mary is not closing. Don’t feed into this troll’s lies. Everyone is freaking out as it is.
Doubt it. Def not going to Jersey, too expensive. More like India or Philippines.
It’s all part of a larger plan to further streamline business functions. Too bloated in Finance and Accounting and they’ve been working with KPMG consultants that have determined that the finance headcount can be reduced by 45 to 65% in the next 5 years. You can believe it or not, just giving you all the heads up.
The tax breaks are probably ending or something. They got what they needed from us.
Lake Mary was established in part to consolidate Finance functions to a central hub and for tax breaks from Florida in creating X-Number of jobs. That was over 10+ years ago, so those breaks might be ending, of not already.
And apparently there people here making comments about the building that have never been there. It's actually in good shape all around - nothing run down about it. Everything is update to date, better than most buildings probably.
Complete lie whoever said that
I heard similar. They want to wind down positions there. You can tell by how neglected that office building is.
Source is that I’m associated with the team making these decisions. And it’s been an option for the last few years but it wasn’t the right time. Now it’s been given the green light.
Thats so interesting, but didnt they move jobs into Lake Mary when they deemed that the preferred location for certain roles?
I remember a few folks moving from the nyc office due to that.
I don't believe you
