another violation of order?

Maybe keepin a lot of same mgmt in place (who were responsible for overseeing these practices) wasn’t the best idea?

Why can’t they get it right?

@e7 you think bringing in a new person up top but leaving all the same managers in place that taught and coached these violations means a new start?

New leadership is in place and this was proactively brought to the FTC by the business as a sign of good faith when it was discovered.
