@ak SAP is paying about 7,5 billion a year to Anthropic and Microsoft for their AI solutions. Can easily save 2 billion there and also keep employees away from useless AI slop.

He didn't say that at all. There was 0 indication of layoffs. He talking about investing in AI development but didn't say anything about layoffs.
