Were insured against them for the most part. Also, the penalties that do impact us mostly can be tax-strategized away. But we have been hurt by a few recent judgements. But not the ones that should have.

I've heard it said, that Corporate budgets for these types of things, but all these zillions in lawsuits and settlements HAS to be affecting CVS somehow. And not for nothing, but if CVS actually ran an honest, above board, up-front, and transparent business, they wouldn't have to budget for all these lawsuits and settlements.
