@b5 not true, meetings tomorrow but notifications not out yet
@ag Actions were targeted for the morning. If you havent seen the dreaded 15 minute meeting, you are likely safe.
@an if the e-mail is for an unexpected 1:1 hold on to your pants
When will layoffs occur?
Today, we began employee notifications related to our workforce reduction measures as part of our efforts to integrate and realign the company’s operations. Additional updates may be communicated in the coming months based on business needs and local employment laws and practices
@ae are you serious? That is so them. Unprofessional. What kind of role are you in?
As Andy Griffith said a long time ago…
“ I Told ya , I Told ya, I Told ya …”
You beat everything, You know that. ? …
@ad Actually, I'm prospering.
Here's a quote from the email that went out this morning.
"To fully enable the future we are building, we must continue simplifying our structure and refining how we operate as part of Reinvention. Beginning today*, some employees are being informed that their roles are impacted by these changes. In some cases, this will involve changes to reporting relationships or responsibilities. In others, it means a role will not continue in our future organization, and those colleagues will be leaving Xerox."
going to be glued to my email all day after seeing that message, ffs
@ac well this is for Xerox employees so if you didn't receive the email then tough, stop stirring
S3 deactivated, but no courtesy communication yet ...
@ac You really have your head in the sand.
@a7 I call BS on you and the OP. Don't paraphrase or summarize. Give us some quotes or details. Otherwise, you are with the 80% of us on here who are just making stuff up.
If someone can copy/paste the SB memo here, that would be great.
This is happening everywhere. Get your plan B in motion now. Don’t wait , don’t be a victim, control your own destiny!!!
@a3 I'm not leaving.
Here’s an idea. Stop the F1 sponsorship and put resources towards the $2 billion left on the table from billing errors.
@a6 basically said tough decisions have to be made and that he is grateful and it’s tough - ya know - the manufactured comment that has no empathy behind it?
What did the email say for those that were let go last year. Prayers for all those impacted.
Layoffs for thee but not for me - SB
This company is a dumpster fire. Sad, really. Get out! Don’t look back! They will all go down with the ship eventually. SB and the EC should be ashamed of themselves and the board isn’t much better.
@OP why isn’t he being let go…
